      use a multimeter to find the voltage with the black probe of the multimeter to ground and the red probe at the collector of the transistor.     Resistance at LED side is 1.5 K ohms

    i am make this pcb but buzzer is ringing continuously and other three leds are working completely.

    Please tell me what is the problem for buzzer is ringing continuously.
